Sword Warriors Heroes & Ornament Priority

Heroes are the fastest way to change how Sword Warriors feels. A Priest turns lethal packs into manageable ones. A Prophet turns the same packs into rebirth fuel. A Skibidi titan can erase a wave—or sit in your roster feeding Owned Attack while someone else is equipped. This page expands the Tier List Hub hero framework with concrete roles, ornament pairing rules, and event-titan advice without inventing a fake S-tier table of unnamed items.

Hero Monument basics

Visit the Hero Monument in World 1: Royal City to spend hero points. Completing worlds grants additional points. Heroes follow you in combat, scale some bonuses with hero level, and contribute:

• Equip bonus — active while that hero is your companion.
• Owned bonus — active because you summoned/own them, even when unequipped.
• Skill — the unique combat or economy effect.

Default loadout space starts at one hero; later unlocks can allow two. Even “unused” heroes deserve levels—community tips repeatedly say to push parked event titans to the 30–40 range (or higher) purely for Owned stats.

Pillar heroes that rarely fall off

Priest (survivability pillar)

Priest is authorized healing in a game with limited natural regen. Skill: heals the master for a percent of HP on a short tick (commonly described as ~1% per second). Equip leans into HP; Owned also feeds HP. That combination is why beginner guides and speed-regen solos start here.

When Priest is correct: learning a world, soloing bosses, pairing with regen ornaments (Slim Balloon and peers), or any moment packs outpace your lifesteal enchant.

Common pairings: Shaman + Slim Balloon for extreme sustain; Rogue when you still want gem focus; Archmage when you also skip waves; Swordsman when pull tricks matter.

Prophet (economy pillar)

Prophet’s Knowledge Acquisition grants a large extra EXP share from defeated enemies—including kills by teammates and your other heroes (community docs cite about +40%). Equip tends to add Speed; Owned often adds Attack. Prophet is not a heal bot; Prophet is a rebirth accelerator.

When Prophet is correct: approaching a rebirth level gate, party grinding, stacking with EXP enchants / Tome of Intelligence / VIP / friend boosts (see EXP farmer patterns on the Builds Hub).

Common pairings: Rogue for gems+EXP, Archmage for skip+EXP, Flame Wizard for clear+EXP, Priest when you need survivability and EXP together.

Attackers & specialists

Swordsman, Archmage, Rogue, Flame Wizard, Paladin, Night Hunter, Snow Queen, and similar kit heroes fill niches:

• Wave skip / routing — Archmage-style skip tools shorten runs.
• Pull / control — Swordsman-style kits help clump for AoE.
• Gem emphasis — Rogue-style farming kits.
• Burst clear — Flame Wizard and ornament-enhanced casters.

None of these replace Priest/Prophet on day one. Slot them when your failure mode is “too slow” rather than “too dead.”

Event titans: Speakerman, Cameraman, TVman, and friends

Skibidi / Toilet event lines introduced Titan Speakerman, Titan Cameraman, Titan TVman, Camera Woman, Speaker Woman, Drillman variants, Clock Warrior, Sonar Titan, Fusion-style titans, Wukong Sun, and many successors. Showcase videos (including the embedded Dec 2025 titan discussion) disagree on exact order—and that is expected. Evaluate titans with four questions:

1. Cooldown vs damage percent — a 600% hit every 7s can beat a 900% hit every 17s for continuous waves.
2. Range / map coverage — global soundwaves help when packs split in Eternal Hall.
3. Ornament dependency — some titans jump tiers only with exclusives (Dual Toiletkiller-style Attack doublers, Hell Mourning Necklace control, TV sound equipment, etc.).
4. Owned Attack/HP — even a “mid” titan can be a permanent stat stick.

Practical rule: During a live banner, buy the limited titan + matching ornament before unlimited event swords. After the banner, keep leveling Owned. When Memoirs of Events lists titans for crowns, chase missing Owned pieces before gold-egg gambling. Context: Limited Events.

Do not treat any YouTube S/A/B graphic as permanent law—use it as a lab report dated to that patch.

Owned bonuses: the hidden tier list

If you only equip one hero, Owned math is still a roster-wide tier list:

• Summon every affordable hero you will eventually want.
• Level parked titans during leftover hero EXP.
• Match ornament Orna Power to the hero’s Owned type (Attack-Owned ornaments on Attack-Owned heroes multiply contributions; HP ornaments on Priest-line heroes, and so on).
• Remember the same ornament cannot be equipped on both master and hero simultaneously.

Example pattern from community ornament docs: Frost Ironclaw’s Own Attack power synergizes hard with heroes that already Own Attack. Slim Balloon and Angel Halo lean sustain. Tome of Intelligence leans EXP. Monster Reborn leans wipe recovery for Endless. Cyber Blade leans attack speed/crit for masters who can use the active kit.

Ornaments drop from duck world clears, event shops, Endless shops (Seraph Protector-style), Eternal Guardian vendors, and quests. Track new SKUs on Updates.

Gamepass note (heroes adjacent)

Hero discount weeks (anniversary sales) and aura discounts change spender math, but passes still sit behind free Owned farming. If you buy anything, prefer time-savers after you already understand Priest/Prophet swapping. See spender order on the Tier List Hub.

Suggested progression path

1. Unlock Hero Monument (wave milestones / early quests).
2. Summon Priest first for sustain.
3. Summon Prophet as soon as points allow; swap for rebirths.
4. Follow Beginner build stats while learning packs.
5. Grab event titans whenever banners allow; park and level Owned.
6. Layer ornaments using Orna Power matching.
7. Transition tough portals to speed-regen with Priest still core.
8. Re-evaluate titan showcases after each Skibidi part—then return to this framework.
